Group Classes
Group Classes are held multiple times daily Monday-Friday and are included in your membership! In a group class, we will combine learning martial arts techniques with functional exercises to perform a 45 minute HIIT workout. This class is as hard as you make it, which makes it great for all skill and fitness levels! Call now for our group class schedule.
Semi-Private Training Session
Kids Classes
During our kids classes, we combine a healthy dose of work and play to help the kids take as much as possible from the class. Our kids classes range from 3-12 years old.
Personal Training
Personal training is recommended for those looking to achieve life changing results in a short amount of time. In a personal training session, your coach is dedicated to helping you set and achieve the goals that will change your life. Personal training is conducted in a one-on-one environment
